Dogs to home

Find the Perfect dog
Welcome!

We’ll help you find the right greyhound for you.

We have some new arrivals in the kennels, full details will be on website asap but if you would like more information please e-mail judith@rgteastmidlands.co.uk  or call 01636 822032

We keep a file on each of our dogs while they are at the kennels, in order to ensure we have as complete a profile as possible on every dog. This helps us ensure you get your perfect match, when you adopt one of our greyhounds.

Please note: We try to keep this section of the website as up to date as possible. However, dogs are being homed all the time and new dogs arrive regularly. Please call us for up-to-date information or visit the kennels and meet all our residents ‘face to face’.

Where a dog has been reserved, it means we are running the various checks required before homing. These dogs may become available again for any number of reasons. If you are interested in one of these dogs, you can contact us for an update, we will also be able to advise if we have any similar dogs

Children and adopting

We have set the age limit for someone with children to  adopt to minimum of 7 years old (except in special circumstances and people who have previously adopted our dogs).  This is for resident children and doesn’t include visiting ones.

Cats

Unfortunately, we do not have the facilities to assess our greyhounds’ tolerance of cats, so cannot progress homing enquiries from households with a resident feline friend.  This is in the interests of the welfare of both the cat and our greyhounds.”
